Reflections: honouring him, Mothers' Circle
Rediscover the beauty in your relationship and honor your partner in a nurturing, mother-centric space.
Motherhood can make it easy to lose sight of the goodness in our partners. This circle is your chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the love, patience, and strength that sits right in front of you. Join us for an afternoon designed to help you refocus on communication, teamwork, and appreciation, while giving you the space to honour him as he is, not as a to-do list.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This circle is designed with mothers in mind—gentle, slow-paced, and full of warmth. We'll create a calming atmosphere with moments of quiet reflection, thoughtful conversation, and plenty of tea and snacks to support you.
Think comfy couch hang out type of environment - with meaningful exercises and open discussion. We'll help you clear the lens through which you view your partner, strip back the noise, and focus on what truly matters: love, connection, and mutual support.
If you're ready to give your relationship a little extra care and attention, this space is for you. There are so many spaces and places out there to vent about problems, so we are doing things a little differently here. Choosing to reflect and remember just how incredible he is, even when it feels hard and we all know parenting is in seasons.
We'll Explore Together:
Shifting perspective to rediscover the beauty in your partner, seeing him with fresh eyes and a heart full of appreciation.
Simple acts of love that speak to his heart, rekindling the connection that brought you together in the first place.
Attitude of appreciation and ways to have him feeling seen and heard, rather than cycling around and around in the drama and heaviness that is parenting at times
Practical communication tools to express both your needs and his, fostering understanding and connection.
Inspiration from other mothers as they share their own journeys of honoring their partners, offering you encouragement and insight
Empowering you as a woman to soften and healthily lead in love where needed, through a gentle connected breathwork experience
This Circle is For You If:
You've noticed you're not showing up in your relationship the way you want and are ready to practice more love
You're raising boys and want to shift your inner talk about men and masculinity toward something more empowering
You want to see your partner thrive and show deeper appreciation
You're eager to strengthen your family unit and communication skills
You're ready to soften and grow as a woman

EFT Tapping Practitioner, Holistic Life Coach, Trained ECE Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator & Energy Healer
Rachel’s journey began with her love for teaching, but as she explored the interconnectedness of the mind-body connection, emotions, and energy systems, she discovered a profound calling. While remaining committed to honoring children, she also nurtures the family unit by guiding women to tap into their inner worlds. Her initiation into motherhood—being pregnant and single with her son—became a pivotal moment that deepened her commitment to honoring men. She is driven by the knowledge that her son is being raised in an environment that truly recognizes men, masculinity, and the greatness they have to offer, and this motivates her to continue this vital work.
Her intuitive yet grounded approach offers a healing space that merges emotional well-being with energetic insights, empowering women to unlock their full potential and inner wisdom.
Whether in one-on-one coaching or group sessions, Rachel’s mission is to inspire women to transform their shadows into gold and embrace self-acceptance. She offers online and in-person 1:1 sessions in Selwyn and Christchurch, and her group workshops—available both online and in person—are rooted in the power of connection and a humorous filled, slow and safe approach to healing.
