Transformational Breathwork to Make Emotions Easier
Are you ready to experience a journey that reconnects you to your inner strength and emotional clarity? Join us for a special women’s breathwork session in Leeston, designed to create a powerful foundation for safety, self-expression, and connection.
What to Expect
In this immersive session, we’ll explore key principles that empower emotional ease and teach you what you were likely not taught growing up. Together, we’ll:
Explore Inner Safety: Setting you up for success and creating an inner foundation that is going to make “doing the work” actually work.
Choose Expression Over Suppression: Unlock the healing power of expressing rather than suppressing. This workshop will provide a safe, nurturing environment where you can let go of emotions you may have held back, all while embracing a space of acceptance and release.
Understand the Mind-Body Connection: Dive into the interplay between thoughts, feelings, and actions. Understanding these connections can bring you powerful insights into what’s holding you back and how to move forward with that mind on board so it can switch off, and you can tune in.
We’ll start with a few grounding somatic (body based) connection exercises to help you “drop in” and be added to your toolkit at home. This will prepare you for the 45-60 minute breathwork journey, where you’ll have the chance to release stress, find clarity, and connect with your body and heart on a profound level.
Benefits You’ll Experience
Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Breathwork has a powerful calming effect on the mind and body, allowing for a deep release of accumulated tension.
A Renewed Sense of Clarity: When we understand our emotions and their roots, we can approach our lives with greater clarity and compassion.
Deeper Connection to Self: This journey will help you connect with parts of yourself that may have been forgotten, neglected, or simply out of reach.
Is This for You?
This session is designed for women who want to embrace their emotions, find ease in their bodies, and empower themselves through the power of breath. Whether you’re new to breathwork or have been on a healing journey for some time, this experience will provide a supportive, loving space for you to connect and grow.

ABOUT BREATHWORK
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a rhythmic, cyclical style of breath (in and out through the mouth) that allows you to dive deep into your inner world. This breathwork turns off the brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN)—quieting the ego and bringing you into a relaxed state where healing can occur. In this non-ordinary state of consciousness, the past, present, and future can surface, allowing you to express and transmute thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
Breathwork operates at multiple levels: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. It helps reset and recalibrate the nervous system while building internal safety. We work from the belief that fear and pain are opportunities to move deeper into self-love and self-acceptance. Everything in this space is done with love and respect for your journey toward healing, evolution, and connection
Breathwork can support:
- clearing limiting beliefs
- reliefs from PTSD
- anxiety and depressive feelings
- supporting better sleep
- anchoring in new affirmations and self beliefs
- healing childhood trauma and inner work
- deepen self connection
- strengthening intuition
- boosting the immune system
- more self love
- relief of physical aches and pains
& more
