Throughout this 12 week series we will:
bring BENEFICIAL awareness as to why you unconsciously have chosen certain actions/relationships/parenting styles/ways of being, and bring peace to your mind-body-spirit system so you can move from a place of empowerment.

This is an interactive series that will directly work with healing your childhood wounds so you can re-direct your actions with confidence and ease. 
We combine both awareness and practical action steps to change the dynamic of your internal world/family, fast. 

It is important to remember in this journey: 
We are not responsible for what happened to us but we are responsible for what we do about it and how we heal it! 

Each month will have:
- 1x core workshop/masterclass live
- 1x live group coaching call for integration
- 1x somatic call live (breathwork, EFT Tapping, etc.)
- 1x embodiment practice video
- Workbooks for diving deeper and go at your own pace

I highly recommend doing your best to get on each live call, but I know the reality is many people are busy so do your best and the replays will always be available in the private Facebook group

THE 3 CORE WORKSHOPS ARE:
- Keep and return - energy games, childhood dynamics and parental wound clearing
- Shadows to light - making the unconscious, conscious so it can be loved on and traunsmuted
- Whispers and screams - build a body that can hear the whispers, before they turn to screams. Bonus languages of the body content here too!

- connecting you to your BODY
- creating you a FOUNDATION that is in integrity with your values

I WANT TO SEE WOMEN THRIVE, not just for them, but also so their current/future children get the best possible from them, and their partners are empowered too... Empowering onesself has a ripple effect on those we love. Its inevitable. 

Due to the delicate nature of this work we are limiting it to 8 women per small group and we are open to any woman who is wanting to heal her inner child, preconception mode, pregnant or currently a mum. This space caters to the individual needs, while growing together in a way thats fun, light, deep and done from love.
